As a therapist I feel my role is to understand and support you through any challenges that you may be facing, for all the individuals who are struggling and fighting their own silent battles, who feel misunderstood, overlooked or dismissed, your fight is real. I offer a confidential safe space, a warm, empathetic and non-judgmental counselling relationship, where I will focus on helping you to move forward and grow as an individual.
